How to make a collection request

When you are ready to have your bag collected, log in using the log in button which is to be found on every page of this site.

My account

Log in to track your bag, edit your details, review existing orders, access your photo-records, book a collection, order a bag and more.

You can also book a collection using the Request a Collection button which is to be found in the top right-hand corner of every page on the site.

Fill in the form with your surname and customer number, and we will confirm your collection booking via email. Alternatively, call a member of our customer service team on 0330 001 0462 to arrange a collection.

 

 

APC Overnight

APC Overnight collection

We use APC Overnight to make our collections nationwide. APC Overnight offer a professional, friendly and reliable collection service, weekdays between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. Each bag can be tracked from the moment it leaves your home and is loaded onto one of their vans.

 

Please note: we can collect from outside your house, but please leave a clear note on your door, with instructions for the driver. Drivers are employees of APC Overnight, rather than of Return to Earn, and so will not necessarily be on the look-out for a white RTE printed bag. Please address the note to 'APC Overnight driver' and mention that the item for collection is the ' white RTE bag'.

 

Don't worry that your bag is not labelled; the driver will bring a label with him/her, which will also be used by Return to Earn to identify your bag.

 

 

How to track your bag

To track your bag on its way to us, log in and click on 'Open bags'. You bag's current location will be shown under 'City Link status'.

 

You can also track your bag using the APC Overnight website. Go to http://www.apc-overnight.com/ and enter your individual tracking number into the box marked 'Search or Tracking'.

 

 

Missed your collection?

If you miss a collection, you will be sent an email asking you to rebook for another date. If you miss your second collection, call 0330 001 0462 and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.
